Terry Seikel founded Octane Environmental, LLC in 2016 and has served as its Chairman since inception. Under his leadership, Octane has grown into a recognized leader in the environmental services industry, known for its innovative approach to sustainable solutions, waste management, and field operations across various industrial sectors. As part of the  leadership team at Octane, Terry's vision has been pivotal in establishing a culture of excellence. In addition to his role at Octane,  Terry is the Chairman of Defiance Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm he established. Through Defiance Holdings, Terry manages  non-controlling equity interests in several privately held companies, spanning a wide array of industries and sectors. Before founding Octane, Terry was the Chairman and CEO of A.R.E. Accessories, LLC, a premier  manufacturer of painted fiberglass truck caps, tonneau covers, and custom fiberglass components. During his tenure from 2006 to 2015, A.R.E. grew to employ around 700 people and generated annual sales of $110 million. His strategic direction and operational oversight culminated in the successful sale of the company in 2015. Terry’s career  exemplifies a deep commitment to entrepreneurial leadership, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. His track record  of founding, scaling, and investing in businesses continues to influence  Octane Environmental’s management team and strategic path, fostering a culture of innovation.

Tony O is the CEO/President of Octane Environmental, effective January 1, 2026, after initially serving as an adviser to the Chairman & CFO. Tony O oversees all operations of the  company, focusing on delivering sustainable solutions in the  environmental services sector. With over 40 years of experience, he has led a wide range of business improvement consulting and leadership development assignments, including finance, operations, process improvement, change management, and corporate governance/risk management  leadership roles. Tony O recently retired as a senior partner in KPMG’s Advisory-Risk Consulting practice, where he collaborated with many premier clients to enhance finance and operational results. Earlier in  his career, he worked for three Fortune 500 companies across the technology, consumer products, and manufacturing industries. He also  served as a business unit leader for a financial services company, where his largest client was the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Additionally, he has been a Board member for Walsh University (Chairman of the Audit Committee) and a member of the National Association of  Corporate Directors (NACD).

Eric Garcia is the Chief Operating Officer of Octane Environmental, a leader in environmental services, and has been with the  company since its inception. He brings a disciplined, results-driven approach shaped by both military and industry experience. Before  entering the energy sector, Eric served six years in the U.S. Army — two  years with a reserve unit and four years on active duty — where he  developed his leadership skills, operational planning, and problem-solving abilities. In 2006, he began his oil and gas career with Universal Well Services, specializing in conventional vertical fracking. Over the years, Eric has built a reputation for operational excellence and hands-on leadership, making him a valuable member of the management team with a deep understanding of both fieldwork and corporate strategy. At Octane, Eric leads daily operations and long-term initiatives, focusing on efficiency, safety, and sustainable solutions for growth. His leadership style is rooted in fairness, accountability, and respect — always working to strengthen the leadership team while listening to the concerns of his team and offering clear direction in  challenging moments.

Joe Seikel has been an integral part of Octane Environmental’s leadership team as the Chief Financial Officer since he joined the company in 2017. In this role, Joe oversees all aspects of the company's  accounting, finance, FP&A, treasury, tax, and related financial  functions, providing strategic analysis and guidance to all of the company’s stakeholders in the environmental services sector. He is also  deeply involved in the operational, strategic, and administrative functions of the management team, focusing on delivering sustainable solutions. Prior to his tenure at Octane, Joe was a Manager in PwC’s  Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services group, where he advised clients on various financial and regulatory reporting aspects spanning the deal spectrum. He graduated summa cum laude from Albion College with a bachelor’s in Economics and Management, emphasizing  accounting, and is also an inactive CPA. In his spare time, Joe enjoys  reading, running, yoga, and playing with his children.

Mari Jones has been with Octane Environmental as Financial Controller since February of 2024. Mari has almost 20 years of experience with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, Mari supports informed decision-making by delivering clear, reliable financial insights.
Over the course of her career, Mari has developed expertise in managing general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. She is skilled in streamlining accounting processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
Known for a collaborative approach, Mari works closely with Octane’s teams to support organizational goals and drive financial performance. She is dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with evolving accounting practices and technologies.

With over 20 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry, Marshall Fife brings deep industry insight and proven leadership to his role at Octane Environmental. He began his career in the service field, later founding and operating a successful oil and gas safety supply business. This entrepreneurial background shaped his strengths in customer relations, operational strategy, and team leadership. At Octane, Marshall leads the management team in spearheading business development initiatives nationwide, forging and nurturing client relationships across both traditional oil and gas sectors as well as the rapidly expanding biogas market. His hands-on leadership style, combined with a results-driven mindset and approachable nature, make him a trusted partner to clients and a valued leader within the company’s environmental services. Outside of work, Marshall enjoys fly fishing, bow hunting, and spending time outdoors, reflecting the same passion and energy he brings to his professional endeavors.

Danny Farnsworth began his career in the oilfield on the frac side and steadily worked his way up to become a frac engineer with nearly two decades of hands-on experience. Over the past 19 years, he has overseen multiple crews across the oil and gas industry, playing a vital role in building well sites, laying rig and frac pads, driving heavy haul equipment, and constructing aboveground storage tank (AST) systems. His career has been marked by a strong commitment to environmental services, prioritizing containment measures to protect the surrounding ecosystems on every project. As a key member of the leadership team, Danny possesses a deep understanding of frac engineering, logistics, and site operations, bringing a wealth of field-tested knowledge to every job. His management team values his leadership style, which is grounded in experience, precision, and a relentless work ethic. Outside of work, Danny is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and beloved cats. He’s also a long-distance target shooting enthusiast and an avid motorcycle rider. A proud Harley owner, Danny embraces the open road and the freedom that comes with it. "Hard work is the key to success. I pride myself on outworking people half my age."

With over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ernie Rush brings a wealth of operational expertise to Octane Environmental as a key member of the management team. As a seasoned Operations Manager, Ernie specializes in vac truck operations, industrial pressure washing, and safety leadership — areas critical to the success of high-demand fieldwork and environmental services. Ernie is known for his calm demeanor under pressure, particularly in emergency situations, where his clear-headed decision-making ensures safety and efficiency. His reputation for strong leadership within the leadership team, timely project completion, and managing large teams effectively makes him a cornerstone of Octane’s field operations. Beyond work, Ernie is deeply committed to his community. He coaches youth wrestling and girls’ softball, and actively participates in the local 4H program and Junior Livestock Association. His passion for helping kids shines through in all his volunteer work. At the heart of it all is his family — Ernie values quality time with them above all else.

Eric Eddy brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across the energy sector and corporate environments, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, safety performance, and strategic growth in complex, high-demand industries. At Octane Environmental, Eric leads and reinforces the company’s safety culture—ensuring that every project, team, and process is aligned with the highest standards of compliance, accountability, and field execution. His leadership is rooted in real-world experience, combining strategic oversight with a hands-on understanding of operations in dynamic environments. Throughout his career, Eric has held senior leadership roles across both public and private organizations, overseeing diverse portfolios that include upstream and downstream energy operations, renewables, and corporate services. He has successfully led multi-business units across North America and globally, navigating market shifts, regulatory demands, and evolving technologies while consistently delivering results. Eric’s leadership is defined by his ability to build high-performing teams, mentor emerging leaders, and create a culture where safety, performance, and continuous improvement drive success. He has managed complex P&L structures and large-scale operations, always with a focus on long-term value and sustainable growth. A trusted voice among leadership teams and stakeholders, Eric brings a disciplined, forward-thinking approach that strengthens Octane’s commitment to protecting people, projects, and the environments in which it operates. Eric holds a degree in Power Plant Technology from Bismarck University. Outside of work, he manages real estate investments and enjoys spending time with his family.
