Core Responsibilities

- Lead and support digester / AST installation

- Execute bolt-up installs, roof systems, and mechanical tie-ins

- Ability to read and interpret construction/engineering blueprints and technical drawings

- Perform digester cleanouts, inspections, and maintenance

- Read and execute blueprints, P&IDs, and OEM specifications

- Install and trouble shoot mixers, pumps, gas systems, and mechanical equipment

- Trouble shoot any digester issue and provide solutions in real time

What We're Looking For

- 8–12+ years in biogas / anaerobic digesters and/or construction experience

- Certified Project manager is a plus but not required

- Strong mechanical, process and facilities operating background

- Experience with multiple digester types

- Experience with mixers, cables, and drive systems

- Roof installations (membrane / gas-tight)

- Ability to build and follow specifications

The Opportunity 

This is a hands-on field role, not a desk job. We're looking for a Polyurea Spray Technician to help run and maintain several spray units, applying protective coatings and containment systems for our Environmental Containment customers.

This role is central to keeping our containment jobs moving — operating spray equipment, prepping surfaces, and delivering a clean, tight application every time, while keeping accurate records and following safety procedures on every job.

This role is a strong fit if you have experience with:

- Plural-component spray equipment (Graco, PMC, or similar) or spray foam/coatings work

- Mechanical or industrial field work, and are comfortable learning specialized equipment

- Pulling trailers and setting up/tearing down equipment on job sites

- Working outdoors in changing field conditions on multi-day jobs

- Following strict safety protocols on active job sites

- Operate and maintain plural-component polyurea/polyurethane spray equipment across several spray units

Octane moves fast — and our CDL Drivers are what keep the operation running. You’re responsible for getting equipment, materials, and crews where they need to be, on time and to standard. This is a critical role in a company that doesn’t tolerate delays or corners cut. If you drive with professionalism and precision — we want you on the team.

Core Responsibilities 

- Operate Class A or B CDL vehicle to job sites, yards, and disposal locations 

- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to verify safe operational condition 

- Comply with all Federal, State, and Octane internal documentation requirements 

- Coordinate with dispatch and field teams on pickup, delivery, and scheduling 

What We’re Looking For 

- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — required 

- Clean driving record 

- Dependable, punctual, and professional 

- Comfortable working in oil & gas and industrial environments 

- Ability to complete required compliance documentation accurately

- Prior oil & gas or industrial cleaning field experience 

- Experience hauling industrial waste, equipment, or field materials 

- Strong situational awareness and safety-first mindset behind the wheel 

- Team player who communicates proactively with dispatch and site teams 

Compensation 

$25–$29/hour based on experience, CDL class, and driving record.
